“We are grateful to Mr. Kinard for his years of service to the Dalton-Whitfield JDA Board. Bob has been an integral part of the JDA’s efforts over the years and his knowledge and expertise helped pave the way to our community’s success in today’s economy. Bob works hard to run his own real estate business, and we appreciate his willingness to share his guidance, wisdom, and friendship over the tenor of the JDA.
