Dalton Station Reveals Renderings

You may have seen or heard that the former Budgetel Inn, now Dalton Station, is undergoing renovation. This project is soon to be 133 professional micro-apartments with amenities. This development is geared towards single professionals and includes a co-working space/community room, cafe, fitness center, and will showcase local art. This project is expected to be complete by April 2023. Rental applications will be available in the leasing office on-site and will be announced closer to completion.

This development is owned and managed by Cameron Property Company.
